We had a memorable day at Gog Magog for Captains Day this year. The course was in magnificent condition and the weather was just perfect with a light breeze cooling the competitors enough on this warm spring day.
The competition was fierce amongst the 14 members and 2 guests with Nick Archer and Feargal McEneaney winning the nearest the pin and nearest the pin in 2 prizes respectively.
The team prize went on count-back to Gamma Basra, Allen Leitch and Malcolm Marshall .
The guest prize was won by Adrian Wilkinson on 30 points and the Captains Cup for EPIC Members went to Will Evans (cut 2) on 34 points with Gavin Tuck second (cut 1) on count-back from Captain Malcolm Marshall.
Congratulation to all our winners who each received an American Golf Voucher and a bottle of wine for their trouble.
