Your £50 subscription will give you access to all events and the website booking pages as well as the members areas until the end of this year!!

As a final reminder there are two requirement

1) that all EPiC Members have a  WHS Handicap – see below.

2) that you are happy to join under our CDPR  compliance statement – again see below

WHS Requirement

    • All new members must have a bona fide WHS Handicap or be working their way towards one.
    • Members do not have to be affiliated to a golf club but must be registered with England Golf at https://englandigolf.co.uk/ for ~£46 per annum or other recognised handicap provider.
    • All WHS members enter their scores with their chosen WHS provider for each of the 6 EPIC trophy events they enter as a minimum and have a minimum of 6 scores from EPIC &/or elsewhere recorded on their chosen platform by the end of the each year.
    • They would not be entitled to win any “silverware” until they had a full WHS handicap. (i.e. after 20 compliant scores)

General Data Protection Regulations    

Privacy Statement.

The Purpose for which the Data is required.  EPIC Golfing Society (“the Society”) was established to organise golfing and social events for its beneficiaries (“Members”).

The Data.  The Secretary of the Society maintains a central database of the personal information (“Data”) which Members of the Society have supplied, either when applying to join the Society, or subsequently, comprising full name, addresses, roles and company details, telephone numbers and email addresses. 

Data Use.  The Data is passed between the Committee and is available to members under password from the website or by contacting the Secretary. The data is used to communicate appropriately with Members whether in the United Kingdom or elsewhere, about Society activities and in the event of an emergency.

The Data will be held securely in the United Kingdom for the duration of your membership and for up to two years thereafter.  It will not be transferred or copied outside the United Kingdom and will be used solely in the manner and for the Purpose identified above.

Members Rights.  Members have the right to see, correct and/or withdraw any or all of the Data, and to complain.  The Society will ensure that changes notified to it are implemented and complaints dealt with.  Some changes may affect Members’ ability to share in the Purpose.  The contact for all communications is the Secretary, whose contact details are below:
